Centretown Affordable Housing Development Corporation (CAHDCO) is a non-profit housing and development organization in Ottawa, Canada. We provide development consultant services to other non-profit groups wanting to develop affordable housing.

CAHDCO is a sister organization of Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation (CCOC).  We operate at arm’s length from CCOC, but are able to take advantage of CCOC’s extensive development and housing management expertise.
